My artwork focuses on subtleties in form, color and movement. I try to show the viewer beauty in simple organic images and shapes. When you see the different media I work in you will notice strong connections between them.

Blue Ice!
As I was driving up to my house this morning, I could see the spectacular display of ice formations on the garage windows. It is in the single digits here and it looks like nature is putting on a little show in my garage.

Snake skin experimental photography!
This lovely snakeskin was in my woodpile. It lends itself to some awesome macro photography. On a black background it looks alive and vibrant and on a white background it almost disappears with its translucent quality.

The quiet in my house and outside today helps me see. Outside of one of my windows where snow had melted off of the roof and dripped onto a bush there is a beautiful little ice formation. I love seeing the light bounce around through the ice.
